Call for Workshop Proposals

The ICFNDS 2017 organizing committee invites proposals for workshops. The main objective of the workshops is to provide a forum for researchers and professionals to discuss a specific topic from the field of ICFNDS 2017 and its related areas.

Proceedings

All papers accepted for workshops will be included in the ICFNDS 2017 proceedings, which will be published by ACM. The authors must follow ACM guidelines as given in ICFNDS Website.

Publicity

Workshops organizers will be responsible for posting and advertising their workshop CFPs to relevant groups and mailing lists. Our publicity chairs will also help in distributing the CFPs to our groups and people.

Submission and Reviewing

Submission and reviewing of the papers will be managed by the workshops organizers. The workshop organizers can use one of the available conference management systems, such as EasyChair. The workshops organizers will send the details of the accepted papers to the conference organizers for publication. The reviewing guidelines given at ICFNDS website must be followed in the review process.

Workshop Proposals

Your proposal should provide the following information:

The name of the workshop
The names/affiliations and contact information of the organizer(s)
A workshop abstract that includes a statement of the workshop’s goals
The planned length of the workshop, number of expected participants, workshop format and, if applicable, a brief discussion of the workshop’s history (experiences, # of attendees, etc.)
The names of proposed committee members

Financial assistance

To appreciate your hard work and support, the registration fees for two organizer of each workshop will be waived for workshops with more than 10 registered papers.
