The online submission is now open. All submissions must be made on-line from the online submission system hosted by EasyChair Conference System. Email submissions will NOT be accepted. You need to have an EasyChair account to submit your papers. If you need to edit any author information or resubmit your paper, it may be done up until the submission deadline. Use the author account you created during initial submission, to edit or resubmit. Please read the Submission Instructions before submitting your paper to the system.

The ICFNDS 2017 proceedings will be published as part of the International Conference Proceedings Series published by the ACM and available online from the ACM Digital Library.

For LaTeX users, a light-weight package that include only the essential files for an author can be downloaded from here.

Make sure to read the detailed author guidelines (Tex User Guide, Windows User Guide, Mac2011 User Guide) BEFORE you create your submission. All paper submissions (5 - 12 pages including references) should be written in English and submitted through the online submission system and strictly adhering to the specified format to be considered for reviewing and publication. Authors wishing to present a poster and/or demo may submit a 1 to 2 page extended abstract, which, if accepted, will appear in the conference proceedings.

The current ACM proceedings templates in Word and LaTeX formates can be downloaded from here. The TPC chairs may immediately reject submissions that violate the formatting requirements. The submission system can report some formatting violations in papers that you upload. You can also visually inspect a page-by-page report of your paper format using this online tool.

Please note that ICFNDS 2017 proceedings will be published by ACM ICPS and therefore all the policies and regulations of ACM ICPS will be applied as detailed in the (ACM Publication Policies).

  Accepted papers

Each paper must deal with original and unpublished work, not submitted for publication elsewhere (copyright problems fall entirely under responsibility of the authors). Each paper will be reviewed by at least three experts in the relevant field based on its originality, timeliness, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation. ensuring the publication of only top quality contributions. When a paper is accepted at least one of the authors has to register to the conference and deliver the related talk.

The contact author will receive an email from ACM Rightsreview ([email protected]) with a link to the electronic ACM copyright-permission form(s) to be completed. Upon completing the electronic form, you will receive a confirmation email. Contained within the confirmation email will be the ACM copyright-permission block text, conference data, and DOI string/url specific for your submission and mandatory to appear on the first page of your paper.
